Aeries: Students have Aeries accounts. To access the portal, you must first create your login account. Account creation needs to be completed from a desktop or laptop computer, not from a cell phone, using any of the standard browsers (i.e., Google Chrome, Edge or Safari). After the account has been created can you use your cell phone to access your account. 

To create your account:

• Visit www.wheatlandhigh.org and select the blue AERIES radio button under the main picture on the home page. You can switch from English to Spanish in the upper right-hand corner of the Aeries login page.

• Select NEW ACCOUNT. Enter your email address (for students, please use your student email) and desired password (USE YOUR Date of Birth (XX)Month(XX)Year(XXXX) or Student ID so that you always remember it!).

• You will then receive an e-mail to confirm your address. Once you’ve confirmed, go back to the Aeries log in and log in with the information you just created.

• You will then be prompted to enter the following information:

Permanent ID

Primary Phone Number

Verification Code: You need to contact Ms. Kat for this information - 530-633-3100 or kgriego@wheatlandhigh.org.  Freshman: In late August or Early September 2023 Ms. Greigo sent an e-mail with your verification code and log-in link to activate.  Find this link to have your temporary e-mail address.
