id: id of the classified

title: title of the classified

description: description of the classified

rent: annual rent or selling price (depending on adtype_id)

size: size of the unit in square feet if available

rooms: number of bedrooms

bathrooms: number of bathrooms

adtype_id: type of the classified, 1 for renting, 2 for selling

location_id: nominal value representing different neighborhoods.

city_id: either 1 for Dubai or 2 for Abu Dhabi

propertytype_id: either 1 for an apartment, or 2 for a house
