· Systematic knowledge and hands-on experience with MEMS, functional dielectric materials, microelectronics, acoustics and ultrasonic non-destructive testing, and microwave engineering.

· Microfabrication processes: lithography, lift-off, wafer bonding, inkjet printing, plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition, sputtering, reactive ionic etching (RIE), DRIE, wire bonding, dicing saw, wet chemical etching, screen printing.
