Professor Shaya Sheikh obtained his Ph.D. from Case Western Reserve University in May 2013. He worked in Lancaster Laboratories as scheduling and optimization scientist between May 2013 and August 2014 and as a visiting assistant professor at University of Baltimore between August 2014 and July 2015. He is currently serving as full professor of business analytics at New York Institute of Technology, School of Management. His research interests include the AI and machine learning applications in various business disciplines.
