About Me
In the Mets' Dugout at Shea, 1994
Sharon L. Chapman was born in New York City and grew up on Long Island. She has an A.B. from Barnard College and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law. She took time off from the practice of law to raise her three children, and since that time has written for Mary Beth's Bean Bag World and New York Mets Inside Pitch magazines, as well as the KC Mets and Tuned in Music websites. She is currently enrolled in Rutgers University's online program and expects to graduate with a MLIS degree in May 2008. She hopes to be a law librarian when she grows up.
Ms. Chapman lives in Central New Jersey. She is a lifelong Mets fan, and she and her husband Kevin have seen baseball games in every current Major League ballpark (as well as nine parks that are either no longer in existence or that no longer host Major League games).
