1. Basically we match your wants and needs with others buyers.
2. Next we create an Equity Share Preliminary Commitment. This document spells out all the terms in which you intend to own, sell, use, maintain, budget, etc. There are approximately 25 questions that lead us to an agreement of terms. This allows all shared buyers to move forward with purchasing a property with the primary co-ownership terms having been agreed to. (It is not sufficient to take the place of the actual equity sharing agreement which you will enter into at closing.)
3. FIND A PROPERTY
4. CLOSE ON THE PROPERTY and finalize the Equity Share Agreement which defines the ownership and possession, financial contributions, repair and improvement, and owners' rights at the end of the equity share.
