Kathy Metcalf

Kathy is currently owned by 3 Cardigan Welsh Corgis. She has had a love of dogs since she was young , she used to save stray dogs – I am guessing that not all of them were strays!

Kathy participates in conformation, obedience, rally and her favorite agility. Agility is her stress reliever and a fun time to be spent with her dogs. She has put many titles on dogs some of which are CH’s, CD’s, RE’s , OAP’s, NJP’s and NF and the one she is most proud of is her MACH! Flirt has qualified for the AKC agility Nationals for both 2009 and 2010.

Kathy has attended Awesome Paws camp with Windy Pape, Ali Roukas-Canova and of cours Linda Mecklenburg. She has been fortunate to have takens privates lessons with both Susan Crank and Kandy Robinson. She has also attended seminars with Dr Chris Zink on the performance dog and just recently did a seminar with Silvia Trkman.

Kathy adds a lot to this class with her handling skills and ability to show the students just what she is talking about in learning to handle the dogs and making this fun for all!
