Mascoma Sailing Club Memorial Day Potluck Picnic, Open House, & Annual Meeting

Monday, May 29th is our Memorial Day Picnic / Open House / Annual Meeting

Location: 194 Main Street, Enfield NH (The lakeside property immediately adjacent to the Rail Trail overpass)

Parking: Please use the parking area at the Mascoma Lakeside Park

The Picnic starts at 12 noon (well, that’s when we fire up the gas grill…)

This is a great event to meet other members and get involved with the Club. Remember that this is a sailing club, which means that if you need help launching your boat, want to sail with other people, or have opportunities to race, this is a great way to make new friends with a common interest. Bring your friends who may be interested in joining the club.

*Hot dogs & burgers will be supplied with ketchup, mustard, and relish. And napkins!

*Please note, you are welcome to bring along something else to grill (veggie burgers, kabobs, etc.)

*Cold drinks will be supplied by the Club

*Bring something to share if you like (chips, a salad, brownies, etc.)

Tarps will be set up if rain is in the forecast, or to provide relief from the sun.

***There should be plenty of time for sailing if we have a fair breeze and nice weather.

Annual Meeting (1:30pm)

After everyone has had enough to eat, we will hold our annual meeting. We will endeavor to keep our annual meeting short & to the point.

There will be very very brief reports from the Commodore, the Treasurer, and other club officers.

We will then elect board members.
