Welcome to My Profile
Hi, I'm Shahriar Mirzadeh! I'm currently a Lecturer in Mathematics at Brandeis University and previously served as a Visiting Assistant Professor at both the University of Cincinnati and Michigan State University. I earned my Ph.D. in Mathematics from Brandeis University, where I had the privilege of working under the mentorship of Professor Dmitry Kleinbock.
My research interests lie at the intersection of Homogeneous Dynamics and Teichmüller Dynamics, with a strong emphasis on applying Ergodic Theory to Number Theory. This interdisciplinary approach enables me to delve into complex mathematical problems, connecting abstract theory with real-world applications. I’m passionate about advancing our understanding of these intricate areas while inspiring the next generation of mathematicians.
