About me
An evolutionary cell biologist. My research aims to explicate the evolution of eukaryotes, and microbial interactions through single-cell omics and phylogenetic reconstruction.
Molecular biology and sequence data analyses expert with nearly 13-year experience and an established record of a clear scientific contribution in the field of evolutionary cell biology research
Skills in microscopy, microbiological techniques, molecular biology, phylogenetics, sc-RNAseq, whole genome amplification, DNA barcoding, NGS data analyses.
Phylogeny and species delineation of microbial eukaryotes using transcriptomic and genomic data analyses.
