The VPP4SGR project was formed by a multi-disciplinar team (anthropologist, engineers, computer scientists...) from academia, industry and a governmental institution teaming up for a common goal. The partners of the projects are: Aarhus University (Departments of Engineering, Computer Science and Environmental Science), Alexandra Institute, Grundfos, Develco Products, Aarhus Kommune and DONG Energy. App(etite) for life with hearing loss
This project aims at developing eHealth solutions to improve the information and communication exchange for living well with hearing loss. These eHealth solutions are developed in collaboration with persons with hearing impairment, their significant others and hearing care professionals following a user-centred design approach. Cognitive Control of a Hearing Aid (COCOHA)
This EU project aims at developing technologies to support persons with hearing impairment by using brain signals (EEG) together with external hardware to steer acoustic scenes. This project is a collaboration between Ecole Normale Supériure (ENS) in Paris, University College London (UCL), Technical University of Denmark (DTU) in Copenhagen, University of Zurich and Eriksholm Research Centre.
