KBS Parking Enforcement
208-794-3474
All vehicles parked in the community must have a displayed parking placard visible in the front window of the vehicle.
All owners and residents will be required to register the license plate of the primary vehicle that the pass will be used for.
All uncovered parking spaces, not specifically designated by the HOA Board are considered open parking for all authorized users.
All garages in the community were designed for parking and considered as such when the community was developed. Thus all garages will be considered in the allocation of parking passes. If a unit possesses ownership of a garage, they will only be issued one parking pass for use in the external parking.
No occupant may use more than 2 parking spaces at any one time, INCLUDING the guest parking. Guest parking is reserved for non-occupants, i.e. Guests.
4 guest parking spaces will be identified in front of the clubhouse for non-occupants and guests.
Duplex units possess 2 parking spaces (garage and driveway). There will not be parking passes issued to duplex units.
All vehicles must have an up to date registration.
No vehicle may be parked in an uncovered space without being moved for more than 3 days unless notice has been given to the HOA board or Management Company in advance. No inoperable, unlicensed or stored vehicles allowed.
No trailers, campers, boats or ATV’s may be parked in the community at any time.
Community parking will be monitored after 7:00pm on weekdays and 9:00pm on weekends.
All illegally parked vehicles may be booted and/or towed at owner’s expense. (Fire lane, improper lane usage, large vehicle parked between duplexes blocking the driveway or garage of a duplex)
Any vehicles booted or towed for noncompliance will be at the owner’s expense. All contact for retrieval of booted or towed vehicles must be completed with the booting company or the towing company (Naylor Towing 208-343-0712).
Replacement Passes
If a replacement pass is requested due to damage, a $25 fee will be assessed to the unit requesting the replacement. The damaged pass must be turned in when obtaining the replacement pass.
If a replacement pass is requested for a lost or stolen pass, a $50 fee will be assessed to the unit requesting the pass.
