Urgent maintenance issues that require emergency dispatch of a technician should be communicated using the Emergency Number: 804-339-3111.
Some maintenance calls may involve a fee to the tenant. Calls to address tenant-caused maintenance issues are billable. Lock-out service calls are $75 due at the time of service.
If you would like to follow-up on a previously submitted request, please also use the Tenant Portal. Alternatively, you may leave a message in the office at (804)782-1187 as a last resort. These requests take longer as the messages are not checked daily!
Routine maintenance requests will be addressed within 5 business days.
