NOTEBOOK GRADE Description (Test Grade, Weighted 1.5X)

Complete and up-to-date notebooks are expected for this class. Students may find class notes on the webpage or check out a copy of the notes folder from class. Notes should not be paraphrased, should be neat, highlighted, organized, and in the students' own handwriting. Notebooks are used for every lab, and even on some quizzes. Notebooks are considered the textbook for this class. Notebook checks are announced and count as a test grade.

· Completion (cumulative: -20 points for every third missing/paraphrased item)

· Neatness (-10 points)

· Highlight (-10 points)

· On Time (-10 points each day late)
