Fuel Policy

• • Refueling Charges: Car is rented with a full tank of fuel, client has two options upon return:

  • 1. Client can return the vehicle full and provide the office with a receipt showing that they have filled up the car in the same city of the office. There will be no additional charges. If receipt does not show that the car was fueled in the same city, the vehicle will be topped off and client will be charged for the fuel and the refueling charge of ZAR 30.00, paid locally .

  • 2. The client can choose not to refuel the vehicle. The client will then be charged for the amount of fuel required and the refueling charge of ZAR 30.00, paid locally .

Optional Equipment Information

• • Child Seats: Approximately ZAR 310.00, per rental, VAT included, paid locally . Include child's age in request.

  • If seat is damaged or lost a replacement fee of approximately ZAR 1,000.00, VAT included, paid locally will apply.

  • Seats are permitted on one way rentals for an additional fee of ZAR 250.00, VAT included, paid locally .
