Recent Announcements

2026-2027 Reminders: 

1. Meetings will be held virtually via teams on the second Monday of the months of September, October, November, February, March, and April. You can receive up to two CME credits per meeting, one per presentation, for a total of 12 CMEs. A CME survey must be filled out after each presentation and emailed back to us with your full name, DOB, and ARDMS/SDMS number on the form to receive credit. 

2.  Due to the increase in SDMS fees, we will be increasing our dues to $30 for the full year, or $20 for half the year. Please pay dues by September 11th; dues must be paid to receive CMEs. This year we will be taking payments through Zelle. If an alternative payment is needed, please reach out to us. Ultrasound students are free. 

            *To send money through Zelle, send to SCWUS, use our email scwusmadison@gmail.com and include your ARDMS/SDMS number and DOB in the comment/description section with payment.

3. We are looking for a student to join the SCWUS board! The position will be from September- April. The student would help host meetings, take attendance, and help find members. To apply for the position, students should email us their name, student year/school, echo or general track, and why they would like to join the board. The deadline to apply is September 18th.
