About Mr. Curry
I grew up in a small town in Northern California called Chico. I have an older brother who is an officer in the Navy, identical twin brother who also teaches at PLHS, and a little sister . I played all kinds of sports in high school, but ended up wrestling in college. My wife, Beth, is a great Nurse and the mother of our 3 kids. We have two girls named Haley and Addison, and one boy named Beckett. I graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2005. I graduated from Doane College in 2014 with my Masters in Administration. I have taught at Papillion-LaVista High School since the Fall of 2007. I teach Medical Terminology, Clinical Labs, Child Development, and the Education Academy. I coach football and wrestling at PLHS, and coordinate spring season weigh training. I also sponsor the Health Occupation Students of America (HOSA) and Educators Rising chapters at PLHS. We here at PLHS strive to improve each student, so that they are ready for their next chapter in life. My mission is to encourage and inspire truth in action through relentless enthusiasm.
