1. Form Publisher isn't working anymore

If people keep using your Google Form but Form Publisher is neither creating files nor sending emails anymore, it is usually because it has been disabled by mistake (maybe due to issues on Google’s side, or due to some permissions lost).

To re-enable it, open your Google Form editor, go to 'Form Publisher', then click on 'Form Publisher Status':

A sidebar will appear, with the current status of your Google Form informing you that Form Publisher has been disabled on this particular form. To re-enable Form Publisher, click on the slide button and it will reactivate the add-on on the Google Form:

Form Publisher should now run properly every time someone submits a new form and all your settings have been kept (template selected, Drive folders, email recipients,...).

If the add-on still does not work after that, please ask for help through the add-on menu.
