While you are trying to buy an individual plan for Form Publisher, you might see this specific error on your Paypal account: 'You have already signed up with this account information', meaning that you have already used the same credit card with a PayPal account.

To use that specific credit card again, you must log yourself into your PayPal account. If you don’t wish to log yourself in, you must use another credit card that is not linked to a PayPal account.
