Welcome to Cub Scouts!
Cub scouting is a values-based, family-oriented development program that is part of the Boy Scouts of America. It is designed for boys who are in KG through Fifth grades (or are 5 through 10 years of age). Once your scout is 11 years old or completes 5th grade, they transition to Boy Scouts.
Cub Scouts is best described as “fun with a purpose.” Through positive interactions, engaging activities, achievements and recognition, and role modeling, scouts grow in character and confidence. The aim of Cub Scouts is to develop good citizenship, moral character, fitness & leadership.
Parents, leaders, and organizations work together to achieve the ten purposes of cub scouting, and all the activities leaders plan and boys enjoy relate to one or more of these purposes.
Pack 599
Pack 599 is an active unit that caters to boys in KG - 5th grade. We're a passionate group of parent leaders who love to have fun, enjoy the outdoors, are passionate about doing service projects and help our boys build fast cars, slick boats & water rockets! Pack 599 was established in September 2017.
