2024 Schuylkill Valley Boys Basketball Boosters Camp
Monday, June 10 - Thursday, June 13
This camp is being held for boys who are entering grades 3 – 8 for the 2024-25 school year. It will be conducted by the boys’ varsity coach Taylor Grim and his staff of coaches and current players. The clinic will focus on teaching fundamentals and incorporating concepts dealing with team play and sportsmanship. The camp is designed to provide your son a fun, challenging, and educational basketball experience. Our goal is that your son will leave our camp with the tools to become a better basketball player and some fond memories of a fun-filled week.
TIMES:
8:30 am to 11:30 am Monday through Thursday
***There will be award ceremonies on Thursday
WHERE:
SV High School and Middle School Gyms (report each morning and end of day to the HS Gym)
FEES:
The cost of the camp is $50 (each additional sibling will cost $35). This includes the instruction and a camp t-shirt.
DAILY ROUTINE:
Each day will consist of stations where each camper will be instructed in the important facets of the game. Each camper will be placed on a team, according to age level, and play in multiple games each day. The athletes should bring a water bottle. More information will be communicated in the days prior to the start of camp.
