About the club
The South Canterbury Anglers Club was formed in 1933 and remains active today.

The club runs several competitions and trips throughout the season. These can be found on the calender page

Cottages are located at Lake Alexandrina outlet and the south end for club members to hire and use.

Annual subs for the 2014-2015 season are set at $35 (discounted to $25 if paid by 30/11/14) There are a few options when it comes to joining. The Ngai Tahu Rock Art center is a location where you can book the huts. Subs can be paid to a committee member or online for returning members. They can also be paid at the monthly meetings.

Club membership entitles the member to use the cottages and enter competitions. Local retailers often offer club members discounts on fishing tackle.

The club usually holds a beginners day before the start of the new season.
