South Canterbury Anglers Club

History

The South Canterbury Anglers Club was formed in 1933 and remains active today.

The club runs several competitions and trips throughout the season. These can be found on the Events and Competitions  page

Cottages are located at Lake Alexandrina outlet and the south end for club members to hire and use.

Annual subs for the 2023-2024 season are set at $35  or for Juniors (under 20) $25

There are a few options when it comes to paying your subs.  Subs can be paid via the Secretary or online for returning members. Contact the Secretary for details at scacfishing@gmail.com 

Club membership entitles the member to use the cottages and enter competitions. Local retailers often offer club members discounts on fishing tackle.

The club usually holds a beginners day before the start of the new season.
