The Assistant Dean for Research at Weill Cornell is looking to fill two positions in the Office for Research at the medical college.

1. Research & Awards Program Manager: This role provides extensive, high-level operational support for several internal nomination committees that my offices manages, and coordinates several college-wide symposia and faculty award programs. The ideal candidate has exemplary organizational skills, can manage several multi-step projects at one time, and has some basic familiarity with the grant funding process.

2. Communications Project Manager: The person in this role will take the lead on all communications related aspects for the Office of Research including the website, and written and verbal messaging internal and external to the Office. The ideal candidate will have outstanding business writing skills (ideally in a medical or health environment), with a specialty in preparing content that is compelling and succinct. Experience with digital media and marketing is a major plus. The ideal candidate will not need to write technical literature.
