I study online markets from both the firm-level and consumer-level perspectives in various online settings. From the firm-level perspective, I am interested in questions related to market structure, firm strategies, and the impact of data and analytics on small businesses. From the consumer-level perspective, I am interested in questions related to consumer behavior in the online-to-offline purchase funnel, in online media markets and digital platforms, and, recently, in interactions with LLM agents. I ground my research in real-world settings through industry collaborations, addressing challenges faced by both traditional companies and online platforms.
