Olivier, on the stand-up bass, is the newest member of Savannah Blu. A native of France, he plucked the bluegrass guitar strings in Paris, then moved to the Bay Area to see how it's really done. Olivier explored various styles of music from folk to country, balkan, klezmer, latin and jazz on various instruments before settling on the bass . A founding member of the Baguette Quartette, he can also be spotted playing with the Redwing Bluegrass Band and the jazz combo Douce Ambiance.

Ted is a recent addition to Savannah Blu and a accomplished bay area musician. Ted sings, writes and plays mandolin, bass and guitar. He joins Savannah Blu on mandolin and vocals.

Tom Lucas: Fiddle, Vocals

Tom has been playing with Savannah Blue for over a year now. Tom plays "both kinds of music"--Bluegrass and Old-Time, and has managed to make his fiddling fit with the Traditional-New-grass styling of Savannah Blu. Tom also plays with the Earl Brothers (a local Outlaw Bluegrass band) as well, and was a seminal member of the Crooked Jades, a renowned San Francisco Old-Time band. He has played with many other bands as well on both banjo and fiddle, has taught both instruments, is one of the founders of the San Francisco Bluegrass and Old-Time Festival and is the host of Oakland's famous Baja Taqueria Invitational Bluegrass Jam.
