Release of Liability Form - Please print and complete by hand. All visitors must have a completed Release of Liability Form on record. These forms are valid for up to six months. Blank forms can be found under the porch by the main club house. All forms must be completed and signed by both the visitor and the sponsoring member. These forms should be returned to the folder labeled 'Completed Release of Liability Forms' located next to the blank forms. Hay Delivery Schedule - Barring bad weather, hay is delivered to SSRC every four weeks. Bales are $13 each and consist of locally grown coastal hay. Checks need to be made payable to Brown's Hay and deposited on the locked box on barn B7 NO LATER THAN the Sunday before a scheduled delivery. No late payments are accepted. On your check you must specify how many bales you want and your barn number. Also include information about locks to get into your barn (key or combo).
