Definition:
Data Structure is a triplet of { D, F, A } .
D = Data Object or Domain
F = Set of functions or operations to be performed on data stored in data structures
A = Set of rules or Axioms to follow while implementing operations on data stored in data structures
Example: Array
Data Structure = Array
Data object = a group of elements as follows
0 1 2 3 4
Functions = Create , display, sort, merge, delete, insert
Axioms = Array elements should start from 0th indes, data should get contineously
Data Structure provides a way to store and retrieve data to and from memory efficiently.
