Since we purchased in 2009, actions taken to ensure a pleasurable guest stay include:

1. Installed in-unit wifi

2. Added lively Caribbean wall colours to living area, porch, and bathroom

3. Added air conditioner to the living area (already one in the bedroom)

4. Replaced air conditioner in the bedroom

5. Installed a new oven

6. Installed new blinds for kitchen and bedroom windows

7. Hung blackout curtains in bedroom

8. Hung new lamps over kitchen bar stools

9. Provided standing floor fans

10. Installed ceiling fan on porch

11. Replaced porch mosquito netting and lower protective framing for same

12. Installed new HDMI enabled TV

13. Replaced old sofa bed with a futon

14. Replaced futon with a queen sofabed

15. Replaced living room pictures

16. Installed new digital safe (twice)

17. Added a mini stereo

18. Added teak lounge chair and love seat to porch

19. Added new porch sitting chairs

20. New upholstery for dining room table and bar chairs

21. Installed additional row of heavy duty drying hooks on porch

22. Replaced plastic deck chairs/table

23. Added cement benches/gear drying blocks outside porch door

24. New deck mosquito netting

25. New mattress in bedroom

26. Two luggage racks

27. New dinnerware

28. New fridge (subsequently replaced with a owner selected full size one)

29. New black out curtains in bedroom and living room
