HPAC - Sydney, NSW
Oversaw the end-to-end delivery of the $30 million Wentworth Health Service Redevelopment, a flagship, purpose-built healthcare facility setting a new benchmark for regional hospital infrastructure in New South Wales. The project delivered a fully integrated 19-bed inpatient unit, Urgent Care Centre, palliative care suite, therapy gym, and multiple outpatient and community consultation spaces, all designed to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency. The facility incorporated full medical gas services to all inpatient rooms, urgent care bays, and select community consultation spaces, along with mobile X-ray capability and a comprehensive BMS overseeing complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Executed on a live operational hospital campus, the works required sophisticated staging, stringent infection control, and continuous coordination with hospital management, clinical teams, and NSW Health Infrastructure. Following commissioning, the new facility transitioned seamlessly into operation, allowing the safe decommissioning and demolition of the former hospital without disruption to essential services.

Harris HMC - Melbourne, VIC
I successfully oversaw the expansion and upgrade of fire and electrical systems of secure annexes for the Victorian Government. This project, executed across live facilities in Coburg and Spotswood over 9 months, demanded lean operations and precise coordination. I developed and implemented comprehensive project plans, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing facility operations while coordinating with various stakeholders, subcontractors, and third parties.
Administrative duties included managing project documentation, preparing variation orders, and providing value engineered solutions while directing on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and safety protocols. My leadership of a multidisciplinary team fostered a collaborative and proactive work environment, supported by continuous training and risk management strategies.
Through adherence to safety protocols and effective communication with stakeholders, I ensured the project was delivered ahead of schedule. This achievement met the client's goals of expanded capacity, certified increased asset protection for insurers, and minimal interruptions to facility operations, demonstrating my strong leadership and strategic management skills in a technically demanding environment.

Hutchinson Builders - Melbourne, VIC
This project is the expansion and upgrade of early parenting centres (EPCs) in Victoria, with a budget of $148 million. The project aims to significantly increase the number of EPCs, providing support to over 5,000 additional families annually. This expansion ensures that more families with babies and young children can access the necessary early parenting support.
The EPCs specialize in offering targeted services for families with children aged 0-4 years old and focusing on enhancing the parent-child relationship and assisting parents with strategies to achieve their parenting goals, such as improving sleep and settling, managing child behavior, and promoting overall health and well-being for both parents and children.
As part of this project, four new centres are being built, including the Wyndham and Whittlesea centres, which are being constructed by Hutchinson Builder. The Whittlesea centre involves a basement with precast elements supporting a suspended slab, along with a steel structure above and a linkway bridge connecting the front of the house to the impatient facility. The Wyndham centre consists of a steel structure for the front of the house, also connected to the impatient facility via a linkway.
