The vehicular channel condition is of time variant in nature and this is due to the Doppler effects due to user movement and multipath propagation. In this scenario a combination of MIMO-OFDM will provide an improved transmission quality and achieves higher data rates for wireless communications in multipath environments. In this work, the performance of the VBLAST-MIMO-OFDM system has been analyzed in vehicular channel condition. The vehicular channel condition is modeled based on Nakagami-m statistics. Through this study it is confirmed that a combined VBLAST-MIMO-OFDM system provide better performance in vehicular channel condition.
