Umesh Chandra Samal received his B. E. degree in Electrical Engineering from VSSUT, Sambalpur, India in 2003 and the M. Tech. degree in Electronic System and Communication Engineering from National Institute of Technology (NIT), Rourkela, India in 2006. He obtained his Ph. D. degree from the department of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur, India in 2015. His area of specialization is Signal Processing and Wireless Communication.
