Please call us or send an email with the details of the items you require. We will promptly source the products and send you a quote to approve. Once approved we will proceed to request your items from our suppliers if we don't have stock. Most items arrive within 24-48 hours after an order is placed, however, we will advise on exact delivery times prior to accepting your order. How do I pay for my goods?

We accept in-store contactless payments from Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and FNB pay. Cash and 'Yoco pay link' online payments are also welcome. Regrettably cheques are not accepted. Customers are welcome to request an account be opened with us. Our banking details for EFT payments - Bank: Absa Bank / Branch code: 632005 / Account no.: 405 745 6456.
Do you deliver?
Do you deliver?
Yes, delivery services are available for areas in a 30km radius surrounding Vredenburg. Most local deliveries are concluded within 24-48 hours after stock is received, however, we will advise on exact delivery times prior to accepting your order. Deliveries further afield will be arranged and fulfilled through one of our courier partners. Please note that shipping and handling fees may apply to deliveries.
What about returns?

In the unlikely event of an item being faulty or of subpar quality, we will gladly exchange or refund the purchase. Please note that items which were incorrectly specified by customers are non-refundable. Shipping and handling fees will be levied on returns of special order items. Items under warranty will be returned to the supplier to be replaced or repaired at their discretion.

Our store is open weekdays during standard business hours. We are closed over weekends and public holidays, however, our email inbox is open 24/7. Business hours - Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm / Friday: 7:00 am – 1:00 pm / Weekends & public holidays: closed.

Our friendly store manager Roelien van Jaarsveldt handles most enquiries and sources the items from our suppliers. She is assisted by Teresa van Zyl and Sonja Hurter in doing sales quotes and deliveries. Additionally, Martin Hurter and Henry Hurter are available in advisory roles to assist customers in selecting the best products to meet their unique requirements.
