Determine the business opportunities and enable the effective business process through the ERP System.

Make recommendations and specify the system acquisition and implementation to improve performance of the information system, data management and IT governance.

Interact with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand their problems and needs.

Successfully apply techniques to collect business and technical requirements, and use techniques to analyse the requirements to design an optimum system for matching the business objects.

Effectively use required analytical tools, standards and approaches to plan and analyse the business requirements to satisfy the business objectives through the SAP ERP system.

Use set of testing tools and techniques to carry out the system testing for minimizing the system failures whereby ensuring the system performance as well.

Create system documentation and user manuals to demonstrate the functionalities.

Use project management techniques to carry out IS projects that combine with the business process improvements.

Organize and conduct training and development programs with comprehensive training techniques to improve the knowledge and skills of the system users.

Involve managing all the aspects of system and network administrations for supporting to the subordinates to run the ERP system with minimum errors and failures, made the required standards and IS policies to ensure the quality of the work.

Maintain potential relationships and agreements (SLA) with the service providers to take effective services such as services from ISPs and TSPs. Furthermore, make recommendations to the senior management for an importance of the SLA.

Use set of techniques to monitor and troubleshoot IS functionalities where fixing the problems with appropriate solutions to adhere the best practices. 

Experiences with working in client server environments related to the Microsoft and Linux platform.

Server Administrations in Microsoft servers 2003/2008/2012/2017/2019, Linux Servers, FTP, IIS, Exchange, DNS, DHCP and AD.

Knowledge and experiences with network designing, configuring and troubleshooting in Cisco, AVAYA, Nortel and MITEL Products.

Network and System security Implementation in software based firewalls and firewall appliances such as Microsoft ISA serve 2004/2006 , Juniper and IPFire.

Experiences with working in VoIP networks such as AVAYA IP Telephone, MITEL Telephone and Cisco Telephone.

Knowledge and Experience with working PBX systems, SIP Trunks and Call center Management Systems  such as Concerto Ensemblepro and MITEL.

Knowledge and Experience with working the Knowledge Based System  and Customer Relationship Management System(KB and CRM).

Database Administration in Microsoft SQL server 2000/2005/2008/2012/2017/2019, Oracle 10g and SAP HANA,

Programming skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C++, C#.net, Python and VB.net.
