Rosie's Ramblings

Rosie's Ramblings is the official newsletter of the Raleigh/Durham Alumnae Chapter. It is published quarterly by our editor and features stories about members, chapter projects, and fundraising efforts. The first issue was published in June of 2013. Each of the issues can be downloaded from this page.

The newsletter bears the namesake of Rosie, the piggy bank that started it all. Lindsey Hales found a pink piggy bank at Target. She painted it white, added our greek letters, a tutu, and a rose and thus, Rosie was born. She attends each and every one of our chapter meetings where members dutifully feed her with our spare change.

Our chapter has since expanded our Rosie initiative to other chapters by creating and selling Rosies in a variety of sizes and colors.
