Saiprasad Ravishankar

I received the B.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras, in 2008. I received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering, in 2010 and 2014 respectively, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. After my Ph.D., I was an Adjunct Lecturer in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, and a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Coordinated Science Laboratory at the University of Illinois. Since August 2015, I was a Postdoc in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. I am currently a Postdoc Research Associate in the Theoretical Division at Los Alamos National Laboratory. My research interests include signal and image processing, computational and biomedical imaging, data-driven systems, machine learning, signal modeling, inverse problems, compressed sensing, dictionary learning, data science, image analysis, and large-scale data processing and optimization.
