Debajyoti Saha obtained his B.Sc from Presidency College, University of Calcutta (2007), and his M.Sc. from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, IITK (2009). Then he joined Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science as a research scholar under the supervision of Prof. Amitabha Sarkar and earned his Ph.D degree in 2015. Since 2015, he has been working as an assistant professor in the Department of Chemistry at Krishnagar Govt. College, Nadia. His research interests are focused on the development of new synthetic methods based on transition-metal catalysis. He has recently been working on a project entitled "Palladium catalyzed enantioselective ..... transient directing group " in collaboration with Dr. Joyram Guin, IACS, Kolkata funded by SERB, DST, India (TAR/2018/000075).
