IMPORTANT NOTICE
Date: July 1, 2012
The flat owners and tenants are hereby requested to observe the following terms and conditions strictly:
They shall:
1. Ensure that while coming in and going out will close the main gate;
2. Not dispose up garbage and other used and unused articles in the common place of the apartment, rather the garbage and other used and unused articles should be disposed up in the personal dustbin, which will be collected by sweeper everyday in the morning;
3. Report the irregularity, if any, to the association;
4. Not handle the common passage property, like electric wire, bulb, PVC pipe, etc.
5. Keep the common passage of the apartment clean and not allow the pet to make the common passage dirty; moreover, agree that SAFOA discourages the keeping of those pets who can escape from the peril of the owner and cause disturbance to others;
6. Not keep any sort of two wheelers, bicycles or any other items in the common passage of the apartment;
7. Ensure without fail to pay the monthly maintenance charges within 3rd day of every month to the association;
8. Ensure before locking the flat that every water tab of the flat is properly closed to stop the wastage of valuable water; please use water efficiently to check the excessive water loss;
9. Not allow sales men to enter the building and if any purchase to be done may be executed at the building gate near security;
10. Ensure that relative/non-relative must enter the building with the help of security personnel;
11. Ensure that during the non availability of security person close the main gate and building gate and lock the building gate every time of entry and exit point;
12. Ensure that during the non availability of security person after 8 PM close the roof gate every time of exit point;
13. Operate the lift gently and switch off the fan at the exit point;
14. Particularly the flat owner will introduce the tenant to association before giving the flat into rent;
15. Ensure that the lift will not be used for maid servant, water, heavy articles and gas lifting;
16. Not take the services of security person for personal work;
17. Not use the common passage/ roof for personal purpose like washing clothes, utensils, cooking; however, the permission must be obtained from association for organizing the ceremonies;
18. Ensure without fail to attend the meeting of the association whenever called for;
