Why Safety Is Important at Workplace?

It is of paramount importance to manage safely at workplace to prevent accidents and injuries to workers. The three basic reasons for managing safely at workplace are moral obligations, legal requirements compliance and economic financial considerations. Moral obligations include having the social responsibilities to save lives and value the meaning of life. Legal obligations, on the other hand, entails following and abiding to legal compliances of the relevant authorities. Finally, economic considerations include having a good business reputation for not having loss of confidence to clients due to the high rate of accidents. Perhaps also, not paying heavily on fines and penalties from authorities and paying high premium insurance and medical bills for the injured or deceased after the accident occurrence.
