The GSL (Gnu Scientific Library) is an open-source mathematical library developed with GCC. Although mostly compiled with the gcc compiler in Linux, there was a need to use this library in the Windows environment. Hence GSLWintel is the package that provides GSL in the form of Visual Studio project, compiled with Intel compilers.
