Competitive Mid-Long Distance Running
Beit-Shean Half Marathon, Winter 2005
Me (826), Haim (92), Ilan (492) and other friends "leading the way" to Nili Abramski (430) who at her mid 30’s, within two years after giving birth to her first baby girl, reached her peak running performance and represented Israel in the Marathon runs in the 2004 Olympic games in Athens, and 2007 Osaka IAAF world championship. Shoulder-to-shoulder with Nili is Eitan Hermon (115) before his injury. In the second Israel-Lebanon war (summer 2006), serving as an IDF reserve infantry, Eitan lost his right leg (underneath the knee). Three years later, with carbon fibers prosthetic, Eitan is again running 10K races well below 40 minutes, beating most other participants.

Animation
Many relevant technologies have been dramatically improved since I started with computer graphics at the mid 1990's. This enable expressing more creativity with less technical difficulties. Nevertheless, animation remains time consuming and I wish I could do more of it (see also stimuli examples)

Creating everything from scratch. This project consumed almost two month of "spare time", starting from building the characters rigs, modeling the characters, objects and the environment (keeping things simple), painting textures, animating and finalizing the production (many "shortcuts" where required to make it on time).
Platform:3DS MAX v8; Photoshop CS2; Premier v6.

Simple designs based on available character rig.
Working on this project was a good opportunity practicing with composition, lighting and depth of field camera effects, all intended to manipulate the viewers attention.
