NSP

Randomised Impact of Evaluation of National Solidarity Programme

The randomized impact evaluation of the National Solidarity Programme (NSP) was designed to rigorously assess the impact of the NSP and test potential refinements to program implementation modalities. The study covered 500 villages in 10 districts in northern, eastern, central, and western Afghanistan. Half of the villages participating in the study were randomly selected to receive NSP in 2007, while the other half served as a control group and did not receive NSP until 2012. Below you can find all papers and reports completed in the course of the study.
