We strongly believe in natural food. The sea is one of the few remaining sanctuaries of wild natural food. When you consume our products you can revel in the knowledge that everything you are eating is exactly as nature intended. There are absolutely no additives or unnatural ingredients.

What's more is that because we are very experienced in what we do we can tailor a product to your exact needs. If you hate bones we will remove every pinbone from the fillet. If you don't like skin we will remove the skin. Likewise with crabs if you have a preference of the brown or the white meat, let us know. We will do our utmost to accommodate your needs.
