The aim of the Rotorua Writers Group is to encourage, assist and support members to work towards their personal goals as writers.
The aim of the Rotorua Writers Group is to encourage, assist and support members to work towards their personal goals as writers.
This aim is promoted through monthly meetings and activities from January through to December. Activities include; guidance in the various crafts of writing through workshops led by invited speakers, writing competitions and other writing activities, provision of writing resources, fostering links with other writers' organisations and the production of a monthly newsletter.

Held at Wohlmann House, Rotorua Arts Village, corner of Hinemoa and Hinemaru streets, Rotorua. Meetings are generally held on the last Saturday of the month from 1.00-3.30 pm.
