Fiber Thatch is an excellent alternative for natural thatch in terms of texture, color and appearance.
Being made of synthetic material it does not attract birds, rodents or insects, hence is fully protected from decay.
It is far more durable than natural material used for decorative roofing viz., thatch tiles or panels or rolls. It is relatively safe with less fire hazard.
Fiber thatch tile contains hundreds of 2 mm. thick simulated thatch particles cut in various lengths. The simulated thatch particles are packed and brushed in Jigs to imitate the real thatch look.
A reinforced POLYURETHANE binding strip is used to glue the simulated thatch particles in one tile.
The Polyurethane strip ensures 100% flexibility. Hence the tile can fit any shape or curve.
The Eaves (overhanging of thatch) tiles made with Sythetic thatch creates special thick natural look at eaves or on parapets.
No harmful vapours or gases are emitted if this product is ignited.
The material does not cause any allergy and is free from bacteria.
It is suitably stabilized for all outdoor conditions.
It can withstand heavy winds and any weather with no deterioration whatsoever.
It can be installed on a pitch as low as (25) degrees.
Maintenance is economical, quick and easy.
Fiber thatch is warranted against u.v.degradation, delamination, color fading and decay. Unnoticeable color fading may occur after Ten to Fifteen years.
