Steps for Renting

All leases are 12 month leases beginning on August 1st.
Rent does not include utilities.
Units are unfurnished.

Steps to securing apartment:

1. MAKE SURE ALL ROOMMATES ARE READY TO SIGN AND ARE ABLE TO PAY DEPOSIT.

2. Everyone living in the apartment (tenants) and a parent of each tenant (co-signer) must complete the appropriate applications on this website.

3. Once everyone (tenants and cosigners) have completed the applications, contact Abston Properties.

4. A lease will be drawn up and emailed to all parties.

5. All tenants and cosigners will e-sign electronic lease.

6. All tenants will pay the deposit.

6. Apartment will be secured for next fall.
