Thank you for visiting my site. I have been in the public leadership space now for over 26 years with a passion for learning, mentoring, and technology.

I am the Director of Technology for The City of San Bernardino.  I have a Master in Public Administration (MPA) from California State University, Northridge (CSUN ) and a CGCIO Certificate through PTI and Rutgers.

In today's day and age, Technology MUST be at the Administration table.  Information Technology leaders are more than technology leaders, they are the necessary change agents to keep you up to date!
