ROI SOLUTIONS LL.C. is a consulting firm based on the practice experience of its founder, Dr. Anu Rao. In the course of her work with large and complex organizations, Dr. Rao found that effective interventions with individuals and organizations needed a thorough understanding of both organizations and individuals. Since Dr. Rao’s practice spans both individuals and organizations, she uses a variety of modalities that fit the needs and aspirations of organizational and individual entities. ROI SOLUTIONS was founded in 2013 and it is located in Richmond, Texas, which is in the Metropolitan Houston area.

ROI is an abbreviation for Return on Investment, a phrase that is common in the parlance of organizational leaders and managers. Your engagement with ROI SOLUTIONS is sure to get you a great return on your investment. Also, the name ‘ROI Solutions’ reflects the identity and the soul of the practice model developed by Dr. Rao, as her client engagement is on both dimensions: the organization and the individual.

Dr. Rao's model is unique because it takes into consideration the dual dimensions of an organization and of individuals in the context of their organizations, whether the organization is small or large, ‘For-profit’ or ‘Not-for profit,’ local or global in orientation. The consultations, interventions, and modalities are customized to fit the issues, values, needs, circumstances, environment and culture of the client entity at any level, whether the clients are individuals or organizations.

The abbreviation ‘ROI’ aligns us with our clients in the endeavor to find cost effective solutions to common and even chronic organizational and individual level problems which compromise the effectiveness of organizations. ROI also stands for the name of the entrepreneurial owner, and her practice, thus: “ Rao‘s Organizational and Individual Solutions.”
