couples, and groups.
She draws upon a wide variety of training and experience, including

 and structural family therapy.
Therapy with Robin is described in these client comments.
Robin helps individuals make positive changes in how they see themselves and how they live their lives.
She offers a safe environment to explore difficult issues and resolve inner conflict.

Robin helps distressed couples using
Emotionally Focused Therapy, a short term, structured approach to
restoring trust and intimacy.  She welcomes heterosexual and same-sex couples.

Mind-body issues
One of her areas of expertise is working with food issues such as compulsive eating,
weight loss, food addiction, and chronic dieting.  She runs groups such as "Healing Your Relationship
To Food" and "The Mind-Body Solution."  She takes a non-diet, mindfulness approach to addressing
these issues with individuals and in groups. Here is an interview with Robin discussing this topic.
