$1700 Up to 100 people. Price increases $200 for each increment of 50 people
Choice of 2 entrées: All beef hot dog, 1/3LB Hamburger, Italian sausage with peppers & onions, hand pulled smoked pork (buns included).
Choice of 2 sides: Coleslaw(oriental, creamy or vinegar), cheesy grits, Baked beans, Pasta Salad, Potato Salad, Green beans, Mac & Cheese)
Ketchup, mustards, barbecue sauce, lettuce, tomato, pickles, relish, sauerkraut, chili, cheese, vinegar, salt/pepper
We also have smoked chicken, smoked brisket, smoked ribs and fresh cut french fries and drinks at an increase in price.

Catering includes: Arrival 30-45min before service, setup of buffet line with table covers and hot chafing dishes for service up to 1.5 hours. Heavy paper plates, service wear and napkins. (For graduation parties the client typically supplies plates, service wear and napkins because they want it to color coordinate.)
